Subsequently, our approach reflects the value we place on this relationship. Breathe Counselling offers a day (9-5pm) and after hours (5-9pm and Saturdays) service in the Perth CBD. Situated on the second floor of the heritage building Moana Chambers (upstairs from Brittons Menswear) in the Hay Street Mall. Breathe Counselling is easily accessible to city workers and commuters with close access to CPP parking, bus routes and the Perth Underground Train Station.

For Lovina, counselling is a safe place to be heard and understood, to learn more about yourself and find breakthroughs in thinking and behaviour. Lovina’s approach with her clients utilises a range of therapeutic approaches including Gestalt, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Art and Play, Narrative Counselling, Behaviour Management Strategies and Mindfulness.
Lovina’s clinical experience has been extensive. She has assisted people to overcome a range of issues,including depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, relationship struggles, suicidal issues and eating- disorders.
Working from an integrative approach and utilising a client-centred focus, Lovina believes in providing a safe, non-judgemental relationship. Caroline is a compassionate counsellor with extensive experience working with couples, adults, young adults and families. She is a member of CCAA. Her approach is respectful, non-judgemental and empathetic, which ensures her clients experience a safe environment in which to grow and experience positive change. She strongly advocates an integrated, holistic approach that enables her clients to address areas of concern such as relational issues, depression, anxiety, and anger management.
Cal is passionate about providing relationship counselling that empowers clients to make genuine, lasting and positive changes in their lives while ensuring that unhealthy patterns are resolved. She is genuine, insightful and caring and strives to ensure that the counselling experience leads to a positive outcome. Change and growth is realised by understanding reactions, accepting them, and learning to modify them as necessary. Cal is committed to a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients are encouraged to discover achievable ways forward that improve emotional and psychological wellbeing and improvement in relationships and family life. She believes that each person’s response to a situation is uniquely complex and strongly linked to their own personal experience and life circumstances.

Nick offers counselling in the Perth CBD and Rockingham. He is an exceptionally skilled and compassionate counsellor with 20 years’ professional experience. He is also an active member of the Australian Counselling Association. Nick has a substantial background in both private practice and the community health and education sectors. He specialises in supporting young people, individual adults, couples and families. Nick particularly enjoys supporting individulas towards personal wholeness and relationship and marriage counselling, assisting couples overcome relationship barriers to gain greater intimacy.
Nick’s approach is warm, nonjudgmental and respectful: his gentle demeanour and method of counselling creates a safe and trusting environment for his clients to explore their concerns. Stephanie is passionate about providing a safe, insightful space for others, holding a belief that healthy connections foster growth. Integrating Psychodynamic, Attachment-focussed and Emotion-focussed therapies, Stephanie is attentive and creative in her approach. Stephanie has prior experience supporting individuals, couples, children and families to address diverse needs, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, behavioural difficulties and social issues.
Stephanie is both perceptive and sensitive in her work with people. Through the application of research based therapies such as EFT , and an authentic, gentle manner, Steph is able to empathise with her clients and offer proven, evidence informed solutions.

Richie has worked in private practice, in the community sector with Relationships Australia and in healthcare. He has extensive experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families. Further to his relationship counselling experience, he has a specialty in health services and provided support to those with chronic and terminal illnesses throughout their journey including supporting those who are struggling with grief and bereavement.
Richie walks gently with his clients on their journey towards restoration and/or personal growth. Richie is known for providing a calm and safe environment for his clients to do their work. He ensures he is nonjudgmental, attentive and respectful of each client’s own story. He is an engaging counsellor who applies intentional, proactive modalities of therapy. Richie works from a person-centred integrated approach. He helps his clients to gain personal insights as they work towards self-awareness. Richie uses a mixture of reflective practices, in conjunction with practical measures and tasks to help clients on their healing journey.
In Addition to his counselling, Richie is passionate about philosophy, ethics, organisational culture, team dynamics and leadership, and provides coaching to individuals and groups
