Eleanor offers individual and couples counselling and family therapy in Rockingham. In addition to this, she is a clinical supervisor for other therapists. She employs a respectful, relational approach with individuals, couples and families. Her practical counselling style nurtures insight and strategies for life that bring transformation to day to day living. Eleanor invests strongly into the counselling relationship with clients, understanding from research that this is essential for building trust and achieving sustained change. Eleanor has a rich history of experience working with individuals, couples and groups. She has previously worked within a Residential AOD (Alcohol and Other Drugs) Rehabilitation program where she enjoyed working with a wide range of people, walking alongside them on their recovery journey. This experience has made her passionate about seeing young people equipped at an early age to thrive in the ebb and flow of life through good mental health strategies and partnering with them to build their resilience. A part of Eleanor’s focus over the last six years has been working with a variety of young people of different ages in both primary school and high school. Eleanor is passionate about family mental health, understanding that this begins with happy couples and marital relationships.

Jade is an integrative therapist and draws upon Attachment styles, Gestalt, Emotionally Focused (EFT), ACT and Narrative counselling in an attachment-based approach. Building genuine rapport and strong alliance with her clients, Jade champions those she works with for the purpose of helping them reach their goals.

Jade is particularly interested in supporting those suffering grief, loss, and trauma. She has supported women from family and domestic violence and pre and post pregnancy care.
