My sessions with Mark have radically changed my life for the better. I came into my first session open to the process but while thinking it wouldn’t change much about my situation. In the last six months I have totally changed the way I think about my past, how I process life and my optimism for the future. The thing that I am thankful for is that Mark led me on a journey to find these answers within myself.
