Nerida created a very safe space for sharing and learning. I appreciated that she would end each session with suggestions of further readings and contemplations which in turn would assist with my understanding of myself and my situation and benefit subsequent sessions.

Nerida was very easy to open up to, we tackled some topics and confessions that I hadn’t disclosed to anyone. I would very easily find myself talking to her about anything and everything, which in turn meant she could address my issues much more thoroughly
