My first session was such a WOW moment and I was very eager to do a second session. The second session didn’t disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend a series of sessions.

I was able to relax in a way that I have not been able to for a very long time.

For me it was fantastic. I was surprised that I had a memory surface from almost 20 years ago.

One session of somatic breathwork with Joanna exceeded my expectations significantly. Joanna nurtured a space where I felt respected and validated in a natural, grounded fashion. I was also able to identify, deal with and process a recent conflict experience very quickly and thoroughly. I think a big part of why the breathwork session was so good is down to the fact that it’s hard to not feel comfortable around Joanna, you feel like you can open up with no judgement – she just genuinely wants to see you get something out of the session

The Breathwork was quite profound. I was able to work through something that has been on my mind for awhile. I felt peaceful in a lovely space. Jo had created. I look forward to exploring this modality with Jo
