Jennifer Wolff

Doing counselling with Jennifer has been so beneficial. Whilst starting the sessions was around a particular issue, I have been able to delve into the causes and make the changes that not only address the problem, helping me to clarify it, but also leading to changes that are benefitting me in other areas of my life. I would highly recommend Jennifer to others.

Jennifer is a very warm and inviting individual to work with. I’ve tried many different psychologists and psychiatrists since a young age with my family, I never found one that worked. She has a gentle charisma which makes it easy to stay engaged through the whole session. She’s incredibly understanding of both me and my wife (as we do couples counselling). Understands where we both come from and has really helped us to bridge the gaps with our communication. We have seen dramatic improvement in our relationship already and cannot wait to see where this will ultimately take us.

I certainly think that Jennifer not only listened and helped with the issues we came to her with

but more importantly gave us the tools for ourselves to deal with it in the future. That was

super important to us as we wanted to be able to solve the issues without someone having to

mediate our disagreements and Jennifer gave us the skills to be able to do that

Jennifer was extremely respectful and helpful. She created a safe environment to discuss personal matters and help open up new perspectives. I would be more than comfortable recommended Jennifer to someone who is looking to try therapy for the first time

From the first session it felt like safe space and I was able to talk openly and honestly. I was able to gain new insight about my past, how to process and heal from it, the ability to to understand my emotions and create a pathway forwards. I will always be grateful for the sessions I had and couldn’t recommend Jennifer higher
