Elanie is a trauma-trained and relationship counsellor with many years of personal and professional experience in building strong, lasting relationships. She has been married for three decades and have raised three children, giving her deep insight into the complexities of relationships, parenting, and personal growth.

Elanie specializes in healing the effects of childhood trauma, PTSD, and anxiety, helping individuals break free from past wounds and build resilience. By utilising evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Adlerian Therapy, Elanie provides tailored support for teenagers, adults, and couples.

In her work with couples, she helps partners build a strong, lasting connection by fostering trust, emotional intimacy, and mutual understanding.
